Emily (Kibler) Bower is a Fort Smith native (Cook-Ramsey-Southside) with a bachelor’s degree from UCA and a master’s degree from the University of Tulsa. Emily became a REALTOR after getting into real estate investing and owning/operating an AirBnB in Fort Smith. She loves helping others see everything the area has to offer! Both Janet and Megan are natives of Van Buren and know the River Valley areas well. Janet owned and operated her family business C&C Catfish in Van Buren for sixteen years where Megan grew up working as well. They both thoroughly enjoyed visiting with and serving the community in the food industry and made many lifelong friends through the business. Megan earned a Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. Sticking together, the mother-daughter duo decided to go to work in the Real Estate world.

Ashley (Mathis) Love is a native of Van Buren, a graduate of VBHS, and an alum of the University of Central Arkansas. Ashley has spent 15 years marketing various industries, including performing arts, non-profits and large events. She founded Pillar + Post after pursuing a career in real estate, bringing her marketing and communication background to help clients quickly sell their home while also finding their next. Ashley lives in Van Buren with husband Jon, sons Anderson and Griffin.
Devin is a lifelong resident of the River Valley and a graduate of Arkansas Tech University. He joined the Real Estate industry in 2016, utilizing his in-depth knowledge and love of the local region to help clients find the best properties for their needs. Devin serves as Pillar + Post’s Principal Broker and is licensed in both Arkansas and Oklahoma. He resides in Van Buren with wife BreAnne (Dahlke) Rogers, a teacher at Butterfield Trail Middle School, and their two daughters.
Jon Love is a transplant to the River Valley, originally from North Little Rock and a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. A 10-year veteran in the healthcare technology industry, Jon offers his experience in sales and client services to build community relationships and train Pillar + Post agents on the latest in business development. He is the Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer of STACK, a pharmacy information management platform. He now calls Van Buren home, along with his wife Ashley, and two sons.
